This category celebrates talent who is either entering the built environment following the completion of their academic studies or who have made a significant contribution to the firm they have joined.

Under 30 Champion
of the Year

This category recognises a young professional (they must be 30 years of age or younger) making a name for themselves within their organisation, on projects, and the industry at large.

Boutique Consultancy Leader
of the Year

A new category for 2026, this award aims to recognise an outstanding leader that is driving a boutique consultancy to success in terms of business growth and resilience, client outcomes, and an attractive culture.

Executive of the Year – Female
Award

This category recognises female executives who have shattered the glass ceiling and are blazing a trail, demonstrating outstanding leadership and commitment to their staff, firms, and clients. Nominations are open to C-level executives, partners and regional directors from small-, medium- and large-consultancies.

Executive of the Year – Male
Award

This category recognises male executives that have demonstrated outstanding leadership and commitment to their staff, firms, and clients. Nominations are open to C-level executives, partners and regional directors only from small-, medium- and large-consultancies.

of the Year

A new introduction for 2026, the Boutique Consultancy of the Year Award recognises smaller, independent consultants that have delivered outstanding, high-impact results for their clients in the region, despite operating at a smaller scale than their larger peers. These companies standout for their deep technical and industry expertise combined with a personal, hands-on approach to client business and relationships that sets them apart from larger firms.

This category looks to honour a company that holds itself to a high ethical standard and prioritises care, trust and transparency when dealing with its staff and clients.
Through its nomination a company should highlight how it differentiates itself with regards to its treatment of its staff, and showcase examples of how talent is valued, the investments it has made to upskill staff, and plans for sustainable growth, without being governed by market peaks and troughs.

Fire Safety Consultant
of the Year

This new category aims to recognise specialist consulting firms that provide top notch fire engineering services to developers, architects, engineers, planners and others construction stakeholders, across projects of diverse scales and type in the region.

Cost Consulting Company
of the Year

Cost consultants are essential to the success of projects and here, the region’s most efficient, respected and professional firms will be commended. Companies specialising in quantity surveying/cost-consulting can enter this category.

Dispute Resolution & Claims Specialist
of the Year

This category recognises companies offering dispute resolution, expert witness, risk mitigation, and litigation support on construction projects. Companies that specialise in these services or offer it alongside cost consultancy/management qualify to submit nominations to this category.

Structural Engineering Company
of the Year

With this category, Middle East Consultant recognises the expertise and professionalism of structural engineering firms, and highlights the impact they’ve had in shaping some of the incredible projects in the region.

MEP Engineering Company
of the Year

This award recognises the accomplishments of a firm in the crucial field of mechanical, electrical and plumbing work in the Middle East. This is one of the most challenging aspects of any project – an MEP consultant needs to be on point when it comes to designing and executing these vital systems, which keep things comfortable within the structures that we live and work in.

Eligibility Criteria & Process

Companies must have an office in the Middle East to be eligible.

Nominations can be submitted by any authorised representative from an organisation within the construction supply chain, for a company, project, or individual.

All necessary permissions from relevant stakeholders must be obtained prior to submission.

A nominal fee of USD 100 (AED 367) applies per nomination.

An attendance fee of USD 5,750 (AED 21,114) applies for a table of 10 guests at the awards gala, held at a five-star venue in Dubai. This includes networking, a premium three-course dinner, unlimited beverages, and the opportunity to receive a Winner or Honourable Achievement award.

All nominations must be submitted via this website. Supporting documents and images can be uploaded as part of the submission.

Entries will be judged solely on the information provided in the nomination.

Winners are selected by an independent panel of judges from across the regional construction industry.

Each category will recognise one Winner and one Honourable Achievement recipient.

Who can submit a nomination?
Any company within the construction supply chain including developers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and FM companies can enter, provided they have a presence in the Middle East. Nominations can be submitted by any authorised representative for a company, project, or individual.
Can I nominate the same company in multiple categories?
Yes, companies may submit nominations across multiple categories. However, we recommend limiting submissions to a maximum of five nominations per company.
Is there a fee to nominate?
Yes, there is a nominal fee of USD 100 (AED 367) per nomination.
What happens after I submit a nomination?
Once nominations close, the judging process will begin. Submissions will be evaluated solely based on the information provided. The judging panel consists of an independent group of industry experts, alongside members of the editorial team.
How is the shortlist selected?
Each nomination is independently assessed and scored by the judges. Once all evaluations are complete, scores are compiled and the shortlist is determined. Shortlisted nominees will be notified and invited to secure their place at the awards ceremony.
Is there a fee to attend the gala event?
